- Seeking Finance Experts with strong domain knowledge and analytical skills to collaborate with our researchers in improving the performance of AI models. This is a unique opportunity to apply your finance expertise across areas such as corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting, while contributing to the advancement of AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.
- Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify gaps where models do not perform well.
- Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas (e.g., deal analysis, M&A assessments, investment scenarios).
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
- Experience: 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
- Qualifications: CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred. Candidates with relevant on-job experience and training will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, risk management, etc.) within your domain of expertise.
